How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Michael has been in the catering food business since he was 16 years old and wanted to start his own catering business so we both gave notice at our current jobs and with all his experience started a successful catering business 21 years ago.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We use local fresh products and 99% of all our menus are made from time tested and family recipes.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 we do plan on expanding in the near future

Our commercial kitchen is located in the Council Tree Covenant Church just South of the intersection of Harmony and Lemay in Fort Collins, CO. Our office is located in our home at 87 Sloan Road, Livermore, CO. 80536

Office ours usually Monday through Wed. 9am-4pm

That we have been there for him for ever important event in his life: 8th grade graduation, High School Graduation, College Graduation, Wedding Rehearsal, and Wedding and He still comes to Colorado to buy his Smoked Beef Brisket from us he just gives us a call when he will be in Fort Collins.
